Driven by the desire to seek out and solve complex, ambiguous problems and operational inefficiencies. Undergraduate studies focused on communication, business administration, marketing, and copywriting / editing.

The corporate career began as a software product analyst after receiving an MBA in Leadership / Management, progressed to Mid-Senior Level Product Management, and most recently led the creation and launch of independent web applications that solve problems for previously unmet niches and underserved demographics.

These experiences developed a conviction that data and research are imperative to innovating strategies that actually solve real issues. Focusing on the holistic experience of those who face such problems ensures better outcomes, improved lives, and long-term sustainable loyalty without sacrificing value through late-stage capitalist antics.

Compelled to correct poorly written copy, bad grammar, and employees / companies that fail to deliver the full experience their customers deserve. Learning / experiencing something new, uncovering unexpected insights through fresh approaches to data analysis, and testing strategic business hypotheses are far more entertaining than modern TV & cinema.

Free time is otherwise enjoyed through physical fitness, creative writing, digital art, modern design, and vintage luxury restoration.
